Here is my card.
 I decided to make a shaped Get Well Card, I did some dry embossing on my sentiment and on my bedding for the Hello Kitty (My fave!). Make sure to Check out what the awesome Design Team has come up with and to join in on the fun!!

Well who doesn't love Hello Kitty?! And on this card she is as cute as can be :-) I love your choice of colors and the wonderful polka dotted paper. The card is a really great shape, too. The twine is awesome!
