Hi Everyone!!
Today is the beginning of a new month and a start of a new challenge for Pink & Main stamps challenge blog!! This month the challenge is Fall/Halloween!

I made a Halloween shaker card using the images and sentiment from the Sweet Halloween stamp set and dies, the card shape is made with the Nested Hexagon dies.

I stamped, colored and die cut some of the images from the set and a few I paper pieced, like the lollipops and the pumpkins. I made a card base with the hexagon dies in black card stock. Then I made a frame with two of the hexagon dies, then I also cut a piece of acetate for the window. Then sentiment is heat embossed in silver on the background panel. I added some coordinating sequins to the shaker portions.

Make sure to join the challenge for a chance to win!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!
Kimberly

Hi Everyone!!
My BFF Stacey and I have decided to change up
our card swaps and do a fun card collaboration
with the same stamp set,
we are calling it "Card Harmony".
This is our fourth card harmony post.
This month was Stacey's turn to pick,
Perfect for Halloween and the images are just so fun!!

Our additional challenge this month was to make a Halloween card
with absolutely NO BLACK!
Wow!! That one was so tough!!
I decided to stick with my other favorite Halloween colors.

I made a Distress background for my card using
Dusty Concord, Broken China,
Salty Ocean and Peacock feathers.
Then I embossed my background
with a few stars from the set.
I also embossed my ghosts in white, silver
and Kaleidoscope embossing powders.

Two of the ghosts are embossed on vellum cardstock,
one in regular and one in silver.
Then I added a little bit of Wink of Stella for some shimmer.
The border is a strip of the embossed silver to match and the Spider web border punch from Martha Stewart crafts
from some glitter paper.

Make sure to stop by Stacey's Blog
to see her amazing card!!

Have a wonderful day!!

Hi Everyone!!
Today some of the talented designers
from the Trendy Twine Design Team
are sharing some of the new sequins in the store.

I love making shaker cards, they are so fun and playful.
I used one of the cute witches
from Fraidy Cats (Digi My World).
I wanted her to look like she was flying over the moon.

Here is a close up of the cute witch and shaker moon.

I added a cute Grape Licorice Trendy Twine
bow to her hat and the side of the card,
next to the spider web border. The paper is from
Doodlebug's Halloween Parade.
I added some iridescent sequins from my stash
to the *NEW* purple, black and bat sequin mix called Grape Licorice Batty-Halloween Sequins.
The grass is cut from a Lawn Fawn grass border die
from green glitter paper.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
