Kimberly's Crafty Spot: Kate's ABCs

Hi everyone! Today I have a card to share that I made for my awesome and crafty BFF. Every month we do some kind of fun swap, cards, altered items, etc. This month our swap was to use the Kate's ABCs Cartridge. I saw a video on the double slider card on YouTube and I knew I wanted to make it for her.

I also used categories for the scrapbook.com April Card Challenge- Color and Product (Vellum).

Other- Martha Stewart 1/2" Craft Seam Binding, Krazy For Kraft Trendy Twine, Liquid Pearls Baby Blue and White Opal, White Gel Pen (sakura), Computer generated Sentiment.

I love making cards for my friends and Family and especially my crafty friends. I know I love getting cards in the mail :)

I made this card for a special friend in mind, She is my Honorary "Sister" today for National Sisters Day!

I hate spoiling card surprises but I wanted to enter this in a few Challenges.

I feel lucky to have met this person, we haven't known each other our whole lives but she is one of those people that makes you feel like you have. She is caring, sweet, generous, funny, always listens and is one amazing crafter!

Okay, I could go on and on about how special of a friend she has been to me and still is everyday but I will get to my card already!! :)

The sentiment reads: "is just a word until someone comes along and gives it a meaning!"
"Friend" I hope you know how special you are to me :)
