For my project, I made a square card.

The sentiment is from the DCWV Autumn Leaves Premium 12x12 stack. There are a few pages with these 3x4 sentiments and they are perfect for cards or scrapbooking. I wanted this sentiment to be the focal point of the card. The sentiment is layered on some coordinating papers from the DCWV Autumn Leave mini stack, the edge of the striped paper is die cut with the Scallop Border Dies (Pink and Main). The cute bear, bow and hearts are stamped and die cut with the coordinating dies from the Sunflowers Stamp set by Pink and Main. Finally, I added some coordinating Totally Kraft Trendy Twine to the front of the panel to finish it off.

The inside of the card is also decorated with another strip die cut with the Scalloped Borders die and another cute bear, bow and hearts from the Sunflowers stamp set (Pink and Main).

Happy Father's Day featuring Trendy Twine

Hi Everyone!

I hope you are enjoying the month of May so far!
We are having some fun weather here,
lots of rain/snow mix which is leading to flooding.

This month the Trendy Twine DT is featuring 

Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine along with the 3x3 Kraft boxes.

The theme this month is Dad.
Before you know it, Father's Day (June 21st) will be upon us!

Here is my project for my dad.

These 3x3 Kraft boxes are prefect for any gift giving occasion 

and especially for those men in our lives!!
I filled my box with some tied Flies for Fly Fishing.
My dad got a weekend Fly Fishing trip for his birthday (April) so I thought that would be perfect!

Paired with some Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine and its a great combo for a masculine project.
I know I always tend to struggle with maculine projects but not with these two!

Hi everyone! Today I have a card to share that I made for my awesome and crafty BFF. Every month we do some kind of fun swap, cards, altered items, etc. This month our swap was to use the Kate's ABCs Cartridge. I saw a video on the double slider card on YouTube and I knew I wanted to make it for her.

I also used categories for the scrapbook.com April Card Challenge- Color and Product (Vellum).
