Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a card for the
Pink and Main Design Team.
Today I used Go Bananas stamp set
There are just such cute and fun images in the set.

These monkeys are so adorable and very fun to color.
I used a lot of chevron for this card. I wanted it to have more of a neutral theme, so it can be used for a boy or girl,
possibly my hubby :)
I die cut a square frame with two squares and added that behind the main panel. The hearts are stamped and die cut from the same set. How cute is that sentiment?
The last thing I did was add some sequins and some wink of stella and glossy accents.
Thanks for stopping by!

Hi, everyone!
Today I am sharing the new sketch challenge at Paper Play Sketches.
Hope you'll join us!

This Week's Sketch:

My Design Team Project:

For my card, I wanted the sentiment to be the focal point. I am always sending out encouragement cards, this sketch is perfect for that. I used Faith Medley stamp set by Verve Stamps for the sentiment and cross, stamped in Perfect Plum and Pool Party inks. I focused on purple and light teal so that this card can be sent to anyone. I embossed the background with a Chevron embossing folder. I added some Natural Twine from May Arts ribbon to accent.

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a card for the
Pink and Main Design Team.
I used the fun new stamp set "Go Bananas" along
with the coordinating dies.

I decided to make a fun shaker card.

I used some of the banana bunches and hearts from the set inside the shaker, along with some sequins and seed beads.

I stamped the sentiment behind the shaker window and the added heart in the set fits perfectly inside the sentiment. I colored the monkey with copic markers and added some white gel pen accents and Wink of Stella clear glitter brush pen. Then die cut him and added him to the window. I also added a few more banana bunches and some Cherry Latte Trendy Twine to the front.

Hi Everyone!!
Today is the third Monday of February,
so that means it Card Harmony time with my
bestie, Stacey. This month was my turn to pick.

I picked Pure Innocent

The other part of the challenge was to make a craft room/space decor project or 3D item.
I decided to make an easel calendar holder.
I had this idea but could not find a pattern, so I created my own. I used the measurements from a square Easel card. I added chipboard to make it sturdy and stand well.
I colored the cute crafty girl with copic markers
and paper pieced her shirt.
The calendar is from Michaels and
used as a scrapbook embellishments.
I die cut the circle and label from Spellbinder dies.
The kraft panel is embossed and layered.
I stamped the sentiment in matching colors
and black and popped them on the panel.
Next, I added some purple satin ribbon
and a two and three looped bow,
made with the bow maker
my husband made me a few years ago.

The 5x5 card I made to go with the calendar.

This project was a lot of fun! I hope Stacey just loves it!!
Thanks you so much for stopping by.

Hi Everyone!!
Happy Valentine's Day!!!
Today a few ladies from the Trendy Twine Design Team are sharing some fun love projects using the newest stamp sets: We Go TogetherPerfect Pairs and You & Me.

For my project, I made several 3x3 notecards that I plan to use in my husband's lunches with a treat.

Aren't these just the sweetest? I added some
fun stickles to represent the salt.

For the first four card, I used watercolor paper. I die cut the little panels and stamped the images with the matching sentiments. Next, I watercolored the cute images with some distress inks and added some simple hearts also.
Then I added matching colors of Trendy Twine to the frames. The back grounds to the panels are all embossed. I added some Wink of Stella clear glitter and glossy accents to a few.

For this card, I used some of the images from the Foodies stamp set in various colors and added the sentiment to a die cut heart. Then added a little glitter and some glossy accents.

This card I used several of the images and words from the You & Me stamp set in pinks and reds.
I stamped the main sentiment in white on a red die cut heart and added some white sponging to it. I finished it off with some Valentine Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine.

For this card, I used the Need Coffee! stamp set for the coffee cup, I quickly colored with copic markers. The sentiment bubble is fussy cut from the You & Me stamp set with some added glitter and glossy accents. The background is embossed with a Love folder. Next, I added some Totally Pink Trendy Twine to finish it off.

For these last two cards, I added some distress inks to create a background. Then I embossed some kraft card stock with a Woodgrain embossing folder to represent a tree. I thought this sweet image from the You & Me stamp set looked like a carved heart. I stamped the image in red and brown then fussy cut it out and popped it up on the tree.

We Go Together

Perfect Pairs

You & Me

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a project for the
I made some fun Valentine treat bags using the new stamp
and die sets that were released in January.

I made these bags using the Lawn Fawn goodie bag die, I die cut the bags then cut a heart window. Next, I added some clear acetate behind the window. Then I die cut the words, Hugs and Sweet (twice), then added some ink to match the bags with a mini ink blending tool. On the black bag, I heat embossed the sentiment in silver, to go with the die cut. I assembled the bags and added the words and some coordinating Trendy Twine.

I added some silver gel pen doodles around this heart.

On this bag, I die cut a heart and added the sentiment and some ink to it.

These little bags are just the perfect size for a fun gift
or gift card.

This Week's Sketch:

My Design Team Project:

How stinkin cute is that pig? I was so lucky to win this image along with several others on Instagram from this awesome store- JustME digital stamps. I colored the pig with copic markers and added some glossy accents to the mud and highlights with my white gel pen. The papers have a pink and brown theme and I thought they would be perfect for this pig.

Hi everyone!
Today I am sharing a project for the Trendy Twine
Design Team using the featured Krafty Red
Trendy Twine and Metal Rim Tags.

I made a treat bag using a Tiny Kraft bag.

First, I stamped the bag with the arrows and hearts. Then I made a paper belly band to fit around the bag. I stamped the sentiment on the Metal Rim Tag and added it to the bag with some Krafty Red Trendy Twine. I added a little wink of stella and glossy accents to the heart on the sentiment.

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a card using Pink & Main stamps.
I used the stamp that is *FREE* with a $30 purchase
for this month.

Isn't he (or she maybe?) just a cutie?
I stamped the background with the key,
lock and heart from the set.
I colored that cute raccoon with copic markers and popped him up on a heart die cut over a strip of ribbon. I used a sketch for the current scrapbook.com February card
sketch challenge.

After that I added some red stickles, Wink of Stella clear glitter and glossy accents.
I added this panel to a red card base.

Hi Everyone!
This month the Trendy Twine Design Team is featuring Krafty Red Trendy Twine and Metal Rim tags. The tags are available in 3 sizes - Petite, Regular and Biggie.

I decided to try out some heart string art for my card.
I recently saw this inspiration and made my own pattern.
I added a bow with a Metal Rim Kraft tag- Petite size, I added the sentiment with some red ink. Then I added a sentiment to the bottom of the panel and added some doodles around the edge. I rounded the corners on the panel and card base. Then I popped up the panel with some foam tape and added it to the card base.

I made another card using a similar pattern with a smaller heart and I stamped the sentiment inside the heart shape.
I also rounded all the corners and added faux stitching.
