You Color my World Ink Splatters

Hi Everyone!

Today I am sharing a few cards I made for the current

Lawn Fawn Challenge #4: Black/White & Bright.

For my cards, I used the the Color My World stamp set and the tiny heart from Treat Yourself stamp set, Lawn Fawn has several sets with the tiny hearts.

I used some Distress watercolor cardstock and stamped the sentiment and tiny heart in white. Then I added drops of rainbow inspired distress inks to the cardstock and blew them with a drinking straw. Some of the colors I mixed in a little bit of Perfect Pearls mist. The straw gave them a fun splatter effect. I dried each color before adding the next color.

Then I stamped and heat embossed two crayons with smiley faces from the set on scraps of the watercolor cardstock and sponged on green and blue distress inks to match splatters on the panel.

Then I added this panel to a black top folding A2 card base with foam tape and popped up the crayon that I fussy cut, to the coordinating color splatter. Then I finished the cards off with some fun coordinating enamel dots and clear sparkly enamel dots.

Supplies used:

Stamps- Color My World and Treat Yourself (Lawn Fawn)

Ink- Versamark ink, White Embossing powder (SU), Seedless Preserves, Mermaid Lagoon, Twisted Citron, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade and Candied Apple Distress inks

Pizza My Heart Valentine cards

Hi Everyone!

Today I am sharing a few cards.

The first card I used the current

Stick It Down January Card Sketch.

I followed the sketch and made a card for my husband, he adores pizza and pepperoni. I used the Pizza My Heart stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I stamped and copic colored the pizzas. I added four pizzas to the right side for the scallop edge on the sketch. Then two heart pizzas with the cute stamped faces and of course, the mustache face for my hubby! The sentiment is heat embossed on black card stock in white. I finished the card with a few hearts die cut with the stitched journaling die from Lawn Fawn.

This card is inspired by the crafty Heidi Criswell and her card she posted {here}.

I made this one for our son, I thought he would just love it! I stamped the pizzas and cutters in a random pattern and then colored them with copics. Then I added some green and red hearts to fill the space. Next, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment in white. I added an extra cutter that was fussy cut next to the sentiment.

For the second card, I used the pizza slices from the set

and kept it simple and fun.

This card is for our daughter. I stamped and copic colored the slices and the cutter, then fussy cut them out. I popped one slice of the pizza up with the cute girly face towards the bottom. I stamped the sentiment in black and then some hearts from the set in red. I finished the card with some patterned paper and black card stock.

Hello Beautiful with Glitzy Gold

Hi Everyone!!

Today I am sharing a card for the current

Shopping Our Stash Challenge #287: All That Glitters is Gold.

I made a Valentine's card for our daughter, most of the supplies are from the February 2016 Simon Says Stamp card kit. I just love this pretty Ombre paper and those stickers. I used Gold embossing powder for the sentiment, Gold Glitter paper for the hearts and for the strip on the side of the card. Next to that I added a strip of black card stock and added some of the stickers from the Hello Love stickers by Crate Paper. Then finished it with some white and gold twine.

Panda Birthday card

Today I am sharing a card I made for this month's

Pink and Main Challenge #2 Birthdays.

I was so excited to win last month!!

So I love challenges and can always use Birthday cards.

So I was able to get the Pandamonium set and
the Stitched Greetings sets with my winnings :)
How awesome is that??

I hope you are having a wonderful week!

Today, I am sharing a few cards I made for

the first Pink and Main Challenge

with my new Pink and Main stamps

I ordered for my Birthday.

I used the Whale of a Time stamp set for these cards.

I ended up making three cards, one hello standard card

and two 3x3 lunch box notes for my hubby and daughter.

I followed an older Mojo Monday sketch 383

for my first card.

Aren't these whales just adorable?

I love that they are just so versatile

and the sentiments are so fun!

I used the Splash 6x6 paper pad by Bella Blvd

for all my cards.

I stamped the wave stamp and the spout splashes

in Bashful Blue and Pool Party inks

from Stampin Up and added some clear

Wink of Stella pen and Glossy accents.

Then added the cute whale that I paper pieced.

I also added my sentiment with white ink and embossed it with white embossing powder.

This card I made for my hubby,

I enjoy leaving him some notes in his lunch box.

I stamped the "you" from the same set just masked

off the rest of the sentiment.

I left his cute tail loose for a little dimension and fun. Then added some white faux stitching around the edge with my white gel pen.

This little cutie is going to be sent in our daughter's lunch.

She loves getting little notes from me

in her lunch so this is perfect.

This little whale just looks so happy!

I die cut the waves from the Pink and Main Scallop Waves Die and inked the edges a bit.

Then I added the cute whale and embossed the sentiment using white ink and embossing powder.

I added a few Pretty Pink Posh sequins in 4mm and 6mm Sparkling clear to look like water from the whale spout and to accent the sentiment. I also couldn't resist adding some chalk to her cheeks.
