Hi Everyone! I hope your week has been great!!
Today is my day to share a project featuring Joy's Life Stamps
Joy just released three new stamp sets. Today I used "Punny Animals" on my card.
Our son, Ethan helped me make this card.
He wanted a puppy card inspired by Blue's Clues, one of his all time favorite, yes still!!
He is almost 10.
He wanted a card to send to Grandma in California.

Here is what we came up with:

This is a doghouse shaped card, I welded together on my Gypsy.
The house is from Create A Critter and the puppy from Cricut American Alphabet.

He also wanted the puppy on an Action Wobble.

Close-up of the fun Joy's Life Sentiment.

The card came out cute and simple. He loves it!
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Hi everyone!! Enjoying the fall weather yet?
That's if you are getting some? ;)
Time for another Cut It Up Challenge!
We have a really fun sponsor lined up for this challenge so make sure to check it out!

Aren't those colors so pretty? I decided to make a Welcome Banner for our front door.
I don't really use a lot of cards in the fall and I'm not really a scrapbooker.
So here is my banner, there are a few pictures because well banners are hard to photograph, at least for me they are! :)

 Close- up of the leaves.

Our little Acorn family ;)
Complete with the daddy with a mustache, hahaha!!!
I used cereal boxes to make my banner sturdy for the front door.
The kids just love our little family on the last leaf.

I made these for two friends of mine that have recently had baby girls. I love how they turned out and wanted to share!

I love participating in the Facebook  Tacky Tuesday Challenges.  This Challenge is to use the word "sea" in your sentiment. Took my a few days to think of something but here is what I came up with.
Photobucket
I used the Seahorse from Create a Critter and flipped one to make my 'girl' seahorse. They were cut at 2 1/2. I used paper from Colorbok and Stampin' Up Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, Melon Mambo, Tempting Turquoise, Green Galore and Gable Green. I used the D'vine swirls cuttlebug embossing folder for my water/waves and sanded. My crinkle ribbon is handmade by me and my sentiment is Computer generated and reads "Miss "Sea" ing You!!"
Thanks for looking and have a crafty Tuesday!!

Happy Father's day to all the wonderful Dad's and dad's to be out there. Today I wanted to share two cards I made for my wonderful Hubby, Chris and for my dad, Randy.

I hope you are enjoying all the men in your lives! Let them know how much they are appreciated!!
Have a wonderful day!! :)
The Design Team over at Paper Therapy recent challenge was to find an Ad that ispires you and to make a project using one of the following, colors, layout, etc.
I really don't read alot of Magazines, mostly crafting and I thought that wouldn't be fair ;)
So I let my children pick out the Ad for me.
Here is what they chose:

Here is my card inspired by this Sherwin Williams Ad.
Photobucket
I don't think I did too bad ;) I really like how it turned out and I plan to give it to our nephew who is turning 6 this month and having a Jungle themed party.

I used Create A Critter for my Giraffe cut at 5 with all the layers, I got my layering ovals from gypsy font cut at 5 3/4 and 6.14 on my gypsy. The patterned paper is from a DCWV stack Plaids, Dots, Stripes.  I used SU! Cardstock in Real Red, Summer Sun, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip and Bermuda Bay. I used an old SU! Rub-on from my stash for the 'Rock on, Dude!'  Sentiment and the  "So Cool" sentiment is from my Pink Stamper Punnilicious stamp set. The star brads are from my stash and so is the embroidery floss. I also used glossy accents on his sunglasses and Orange stickles around the large oval.
Thanks for looking and Go Check out Paper Therapy!
