Kimberly's Crafty Spot: Seeds of Kindness

Time for a new Pink and Main Challenge.

For my interactive card, I wanted to try out a slider card. I started by stenciling some clouds on a white card stock panel die cut from the Stitched Rounded Rectangles die, I also made a hilly ground using the 6x6 Shades of Spring paper and the Scallop Waves die. The bunny in the wheel barrow is from the Seeds of Kindness stamp set, that is copic colored and paper pieced from the same paper stack then die cut with the coordinating Seeds of Kindness dies. Next, I stamped and colored the cute skunk from the Scentsational stamp set, along with several flowers and lady bugs to accent the card front and also, used the coordinating dies. To finish the card off, I die cut the Smile sentiment from the Smile Die and added some yellow ink to the bottom half and some shimmer over all of it. Then I added the sentiment from the Seeds of Kindness stamp set and heat embossed it in white. This panel was added to a kraft card base.

The slider portion is small but fun.

The bunny slides in the wheel barrow along the hill.

For my project, I created a card using the *NEW*

 Seeds of Kindness stamp set:

A card and I used the new Seeds Of Kindness stamp set, Coordinating die, Scalloped Circles Die and the Spring Fling 6x6 paper pad. I used the Stitched Rounded Rectangles die for the base layer of the card, die cut in White, next I used some of the new patterned papers and die cut two squares from the Stitched Rounded Rectangles Die and added those to opposite corners of the card then I added a strip of the fun chevron pattern to the middle of the card. Then I layered a die cut scalloped circle in Kraft and a Stitched Circle in some of the pink hearts patterned paper. Then to those I added the cute bunny holding the seed packet, that is stamped and colored with copic markers and die cut with the coordinating die

and added some white gel pen accents.

I added the sentiment to the bottom of the card using my misti to get a crisp impression. I also added some of the heart clusters from the set in pink. I finished the card with some coordinating enamel dots.
