Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing another project
featuring Midnight Trendy Twine.
The month of May is full of several special occasions and Graduations seem to take center stage for most people. For my project today, I made some treat holders for the special grad in your life.

I took some metallic black cardstock and made some small graduation caps with
small Midnight Trendy Twine tassles held in place by a small star brad.
I filled the fun skinny candy chutes with mini Mike and Ike candies for some color and fun.

Thank You so much for stopping by!

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a project for the
Pink and Main stamps design team.
I used the *NEW* Grad Owl stamp set to make this fun Graduation card.

Isn't this owl adorable?
Plus, it's perfect to customize for any graduation
colors you need.
For my card, I went with a classic black and silver theme. I used some glitter chevron paper for the background banner on a black card base. The owl is colored with copic markers then accented with some wink of stella clear glitter, glossy accents and yellow stickles. Then I heat embossed the sentiment in silver and cut a banner. I finished the card off with some enamel dots and rounded the corners on the bottom.
Thanks so much for looking!
Have a wonderful day!

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a project for the
Trendy Twine design team,
this month the team is
featuring Midnight Trendy Twine.

Here is my project.

For my Graduation hat card, I followed a pattern I found in a recent card making magazine. Then I made a simple tassle with some Midnight Trendy Twine, I attached it with a black brad to the hat. Then I added the sentiment which is a sticker from doodlebug, some zig zag borders in brushed silver and black pearlescent paper to create a chevron pattern.
The style is clean and simple and can work for any grad!

Hi everyone!!
I'm still alive :) I have been crafting some here and there. Summer time is just busy with both kiddos home and one in summer school but only for a few hours each day and during that time I'm taking the other one to therapy, library time, appointments, etc.
My bestie and I do a monthly swap and it's always my favorite thing to create every month.
I always look forward to it.
In May, our swap was to create a Mini Album.
**Photo Heavy!!**
This was a first for our swaps.
I made a Graduation Paper bag mini album for her daughter that graduated in 2010.

Pages 1 and 2

I used alot of supplies on this mini album so I won't list them here but if you would like to know just comment or send me a message. Some of them are also handmade specifically for this album.
I hope you are having a wonderful summer and stay cool!!

I always love checking out Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenges and I haven't had much of a chance to participate. So I saw this last challenge and I was excited to make a project for our Nephew who is getting ready to graduate from Kindergarten on the 30th. His favorite color is blue so this was a perfect thing to  make for him.
I used Everyday Paperdolls for my 'nephew' character (looks just like him too!!) cut at 3 1/2 with the graduation outfit and diploma,
I cut my letters 'Kindergarten'  on my gypsy from Mickey Font at 0.70, the other embellishments are from recollections.
I painted my frame with Maya Road spray mist in red shimmer, I got from a friend ;) I LOVE it!!
The paper is paper studio.
Wish me luck!!! I just adore Emma's Stamps so I hope that I can win a challenge soon!! :)
Check out her blog too its amazing!
Thank you for looking and I hope you are having a wonderfully crafty weekend!

I love this card! So super cute and from my Favorite cartridge, Create a Critter. I was inspire by Momo over at Made by Momo to make a card for my nephew who is graduating Kindergarten this month.
This was perfect for the National Scrapbooking Day Challenge #10 to use a pet on your project over at My Pink Stamper.
I cut my puppy at 3 1/4. My cardstock and DSP is all from Hobby Lobby as well as that fun ribbon. I used American Crafts sticker letters to spell out the "congrats". The graduation cap is from Everyday Paperdolls cut at 1 on Real Dial size. My doodles are done with a blue sharpie.
